Payments are processed through our Wave portal. Credit cards, debit cards, and ACH payments are accepted. Interest free payment plans are also accepted upon request.
Yes, our initial consultation is complimentary! It’s a no-obligation opportunity for us to learn about your academic background, career aspirations, and what you’re looking for in a program. While we don’t provide direct test tutoring, we help you integrate test preparation into your overall application timeline. We can advise on optimal testing strategies, recommend trusted test prep resources, and help you determine whether submitting scores is advantageous given your target programs and our understanding of their policies.
Meeting hours are typically 6:00 PM EST to 9:00 PM EST, M, W, & R, to allow for families to meet together. Weekend availability is also offered. During your consultation, discuss with us your preffered times.
No, all students must attend any and all meetings with at least one parent/guardian at all times.
While we don’t directly provide financial aid ourselves, we absolutely guide you through the scholarship and financial aid process. This includes advising on when and how to complete forms like the FAFSA or, identifying potential scholarship opportunities (both institutional and external), and helping you understand the different types of aid available. This should not be considered financial advice, and is free to all clients. Net cost analysis is seperate, typically included in our packages, and
should also not be considered financial advice.
For clients who purchase the Application Navigator or Senior Scramble packages, Consultant offers a 100% money-back guarantee under the following conditions:
The Student is not admitted to at least one (1) college or university to which they applied with the assistance of the Consultant.
To be eligible, the Student must have diligently completed all assigned tasks, incorporated the Consultant’s feedback in good faith, and applied to a mutually agreed-upon list of at least six (6) colleges, including a minimum of two (2) “likely” or “safety” schools as designated by the Consultant.
This guarantee does not apply if the Student fails to disclose any disciplinary/legal actions or other information that could negatively impact their admission prospects.
A written request for the 100% refund must be submitted to the Consultant within thirty (30) days of receiving the final admissions decision from all applied-to institutions.
